Unforgettable Bond

It was my first day in pedia NICU in internship posting...and I saw just a 4 days old baby girl in NICU room... She was term baby but  with low weight...I checked her weight... She was recovering very fast and now she didn't need any NICU care... Still she was there.... do you know why!!!?

Jab KMC ke liye sabhi baccho ke parents aane lage like maa, papa ya dadi uska koi nahi tha, a staff sister was giving her KMC...and I literally felt that... Apna kaam khatam karke maine use apne seene se lagaya. (like KMC).. and I felt that how she was desperately searching for that "હૂંફ " અને "મમતા"...she was given another mother's milk from our milk bank.. but she needed breastfeeding and that Love from her mother and family.... Her eyes literally telling me that...Then I knew that her mother had given her birth in the SSG  hospitals  but now no one knows wher she is.. then I started calling those numbers who were on the file. But no response and they tell me thats wrong number. We don't know about the child. 3-4 days Tak to hum interns uske saath khelte rahe, usko KMC dete rahe , uske saath bahut sari selfies bhi li. Then resident told me k ab hum ise orphanage mein bhej denge, tum paper work start kar do.. and I thought ki mein iski maa ko dhoondh kar rahungi.. phir maine reverse se start kiya k in which unit she delivered, from there where she shifted.... So finally I got that she had been shifted to surgical ward from mnh. Wahan pahuch kar maine uske relatives ko bahut danta ki ladki Hui isi liye chhod ke chale gaye.. agar ladka hota to... Samja buja kar uski dadi ko apne saath leke aai or finally we gave that baby discharge but in the right hand. When her dadi gave her a hug  She had some sparkles In her eyes...Finally I was so happy ke maine us bacchi ko apni family se milwa diya.

Dil Bechara ~ Riya Gohil (Winner)

[This scene is inserted between scenes of speech of Kizie at church for Manny and final scene of movie display] “Manny! Manny! Manny utho !” Manny : Kya hua? Tum yaha itni raat ko? Sab thik hai na ? Kizie: Ha, ab utho aur taiyaar ho jao, hume jaana hai. Manny: kya? Abhi? Kaha ? Kizie: shh, CHALO. Lekin aaj woh jagah kuch aur hi dastan bayaan karne wali thi. Kizie Manny ki aankho par patti bandh deti hai aur use sahara dete hue aage badhti hai. “Kizie, hum kaha ja rahe hai. Aur ye paati kyu? Kahi tum mera faayda to nahi uthaane wali?” “SHUT UP! Aur sabra rakho Immanuel Rajkumar Jr. ”  Jaise hi patti khulti hai, Manny ki aankhe Roshni se chamak uth ti hai. Charo aur us khander ko Dulhan ki tarah sajaaya jaata hai. Raat hone ke baawjood din hone ki anubhuti ho rahi thi. “Kizie...

Coma        -Robin Cook “In Boston’s largest hospital, two patients undergoing routine surgery fall victim to a baffling mishap. They never regain consciousness. Fighting against the scorn of her colleagues and the medical establishment, on brave woman starts to investigate the coma cases: steadily uncovering something unbelievably hideous…” How would you not be excited to read a book with such an intriguing back-cover blurb?? Welcome to the world of Medical Thrillers of Robin Cook, where Medical Science meets Fiction. I am going to review the most coveted gem of his collection, COMA. Set in the 70’s, the story revolves around Susan Wheeler, a 3rd Year Medical student who has just started her first clinical rotation in the Surgery department at Boston Memorial Hospital. Being a female in the then male dominated field, she is extremely competitive; a straight A student, not known to show much emotion. Being shoved in the real hospital world unprepared, she enco...

Anupamaa ~ Fatema Raja

We want a character to relate to us, to prosper despite the flaws. The biggest blunder of this oh-so-famous TV serial is the protagonist- the 'perfect' Anupamaa(which to be honest is quite annoying). She's shown to be the best mother, best daughter, best wife, best daughter-in-law and ofc the best "Naari". But what if all of this was just a coax. What if she's overcompensating about something from her past? What if- Anupamaa did have an affair with Anuj during their college time. But owing to the family pressure she could not refuse marrying Vanraj. But as Anuj was her 'one true love' and so could not leave him. Two years passed and now Anuj got pissed and asked her to leave Vanraj and shift to America and continue their life there. But Anupamaa got pregnant and thus was forbidden to pursue her "career". Anuj now fed up with all the toxicity decides to leave without Anupamaa. He texts her, I am leaving now but we'll meet exactly after 26...
