When we check for the eligibility ; there we find these stereotypical image of beauty, like:  (1)Age must be between  18-27 Years old.  (2) Should not be married/ Nor pregnant/ Not mother of any Child. → The "Beauty" defination given in Gita refers it to "Sushmaa!" which means the exquisite beauty referring to a perfect harmony symmetry, order, , measure, equality and rythm ! PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS [PPA] PPA means a co-ordination between public sector and private sector for a project for mutual benefit. It was a very good iniative as it provided employement at that time particularly 1980s. Also the Government was benefitted as they were getting the deal done as with best price as every private tycoon want advertisement from government itself. Hence they used to get best work done and that too at a cheaper amount. But now, the world has changed and has become corrupted even more than before.  Now, even a signature from the government is not free. Private Sector is bribing the government officials to have their tender amount to be approved. One can paint a picture of a public-private partnership as a contractor arrangement amongst a local government, a national government, or maybe public authority and the private supplier firm. And significantly, this contract implies that the private part holds the reins for maybe building or upgrading the piece of infrastructure, financing or making arrangements for this financing, and then manages this facility allowing no public involvement.  Placing an emphasis on this partnership being a multi-dimensional aspect. Water, power, transport and communication are the four pillars of infrastructure development by PPP as an alternative. My vote is NO (Against the statement) A Public-Private Partnership is established by the government in order to lower the financial burden upon them. Not everything can be sponsored by the government yet, it’s their duty to satisfy the needs of the public. So, they approach the private companies in order to fund their projects. The government pays the private companies, as promised by the contract signed between them, after the project is completed. In a world as corrupt as now, the government might not have negotiated for the risks and burdens, that the future of the project holds. And if the project fails to reach the required demand, all the expense is transferred onto the private companies. The public sector is the representation of government on the buisness' side. As with any government scheme, it has it's own problems, the main problems being sloppy work and bad service. The private sector is the one run by buisnessmen and it has it's problems too. So, PPP is a collaboration between government agency and private sector for mainly large government projects, like roads, bridges, municipal works or public service accomodations. For every service that I get, should be reasonable or expensive sounds new normal to me. Should I want something to take more time or I want it to be a piece of perfection? The answer to how public-private partnerships can reduce corruption lies in what drives the respective sector.  Public sector is driven by public welfare whereas, Private sector is incentive driven. There is, no doubt, that profit is a better motivation than public welfare to work for any employee.  The salary of Private sector company managers depends on the performance of the company whereas a public sector employee gets fixed salary making  employees less efficient. I am a final year Physiotherapy student. We are posted in clinics from 2nd year itself and we observe and form bonds with the patient much more than anyone does . Daily meetups , talking about their life to distract them from the pain. What I have learned is, all they need is a person to hear them and help them .  I am not talking about any particular patient here. Every 15 days, our postings change and we meet different kinds of patients. The way the look at you when they enter the OPD , eyes filled with hope to make their affected part better .  I love it how I am able to help them with zero invasions . I am amazed on how easily things can work . Just by, talking to them patiently, listening to them and their problems and giving them simple solutions brings such a huge smile on their face . 30-6-2021 This day was really hectic.  For the purpose of seeing first delivery, we almost went 3-4 times at gynecology hospital. Even at 8 PM, we got back to hostel, disappointed.  And then, it was around 11:15 PM when we reached there and saw a normal delivery. The experience was so overwhelming and what an emotional moment it was ! I really felt emotions of that mother. To see a live soul coming out from another was a very delightful and joyful experience. ખરેખર medical field એ ભગવાન પ્રત્યેની શ્રધ્ધા ને દરેક પળે મજબૂત કરે છે ને આ સફરમાં આ અનુભવ milestone સમાન છે..  પળવારમાં તારા અસ્તિત્વનો અહેસાસ કરાવી ગયો,  જ્યારે જીવમાંથી જીવ છૂટો પડીને ધરતીને પામી ગયો.. 😇 Later, we saw two complications too. So, I am a 2nd year student and I know this is one of the experience many of us have experienced but it is special for me because it was literally my first day of 2nd year and my first posting was of ObGy.  So, me and few of my friends were just standing in LR and a resident was explaining us, the basics of obstetrics and then after a while, we saw a woman going into labor. Me and my friends were kind of a bit afraid thinking how much bleeding would happen and stuff like that.. But the delivery was very smooth and resident who did the delivery also explained us all the three stages of labor.. That woman gave birth to an extremely cute daughter...  It was my first day in labor room. It would have been 5th day of my official posting in the Obststricts department but first time in the labor room. I was excited to see the first live delivery in my life. Also, the day being Saturday added a relaxing tinge to my brain wires. All I had to dowas wake up in a beautiful peaceful morning get well dressed (I know i rarely do that but when I do it ,I love it) and reach the wards and get my once in a lifetime experience of watching a life entering the world we are!. I reached on time and found my 4 male batchmates present there. I wanted at least one female to be present there but, I couldn't have done anything else. We saw residents running here andthere , arranging for things and yelling orders and searching for people to be available to help them. Today I experienced something for the first time. Me & my friends were going to the college. We witnessed an accident. Well, not exactly an accident. But the victim. She was lying on the road surrounded by people. She was unconscious. People were already trying things their way to keep her alive. Then we took her to the emergency ward in the hospital in an autorickshaw. The autorishaw driver took her to the hospital and then asked us if we needed any help and when we said no, he left. Then we took her inside and everything was done. The formalities, the treatment and everything else. Her parents arrived and then when she was also stable enough, we left. We had our wards and upcoming exams.  I was very worried about them. But for the time being, in my mind, not even for a single moment, thought of the problems and worries going on in my life. In my medicine posting. I was just moving around to find a good patient to take history and suddenly I saw a bed on which there was eyeliner ..lipstick.. and so many cute makeup related things and a young beautiful girl.I went to her. Saina, a 15 year old girl. She was suffering from sickel cell anemia and she was operated for osteomyelitis thrice and couldn't walk properly. She was, at large fraction of times,  admitted in hospital to deal with complications of SCA.  She wanted to go to school but couldn't, so she used to study from you-tube.  I also asked her if she ever  got bored over here in hospital to which she replied, that it felt like family there.  That girl despite having so many illness was so lively and happy enjoying every moment.. Doing makeup.. Watching horror movie.. Studying..  તા. ૨૨/૧૧/૨૧, સોમવાર ની સવાર હતી, લગભગ ૧૦:૩૦ નો સમય હશે. એક ઇન્ટર્ન ડોક્ટર તરીકે હું સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલ માં જનરલ ઓપીડી માં બેસી મારી યથાશક્તિ પ્રમાણે દર્દીઓ ને તપાસી એમના કેસપેપર માં દવા લખી રહ્યો હતો . દર વખતની જેમ આજે પણ સોમવાર હોવાના કારણે ઓપીડી માં જાણે જર્જરિત પુલ તુટી જાય ને નદી નો પ્રવાહ ગામ તરફ ધસી જાય એમ દર્દીઓ નો ધસારો હતો. ભીડ વધતી જતી હતી. હું જેમ બને એમ જલ્દી દર્દી તપાસી રહ્યો હતો . એવા માં દર્દીઓ ની લાંબી કતાર પાછળ, ચહેરા પર સમય એ ઉઝરડા આપ્યા હોય એમ કરચલી ઓ, પાનખર માં પાંદડા ખરી જાય પછી વૃક્ષ ની શાખાઓ પર જેમ રહ્યા સહ્યા પાંદડા હોય એવા ભૂખરા વાળ, એક દમ ઝીણી સફેદ મૂછો, આછા રાખોડી રંગનો જૂનો શર્ટ, જેનું ઉપર નું બટન જાણે હમણાં ખરી પડશે એવું જમીન સામે તાકી રહ્યું હતું કે પછી મને, એ જ ના સમજાયું . આવો દેખાવ વાળા એક લગભગ ૬૫-૬૬ વય ના એક વડીલ ઊભા હતા . એમના ચહેરા ના ભાવ સ્પષ્ટ કળી શકાતા હતા. ચહેરા પર વિહવળતા, અધીરાઈ ને ગભરામણ ના મિશ્રભાવ હતા. આખરે એમની પ્રતીક્ષા ની પરિક્ષા નો અંત આવ્યો . એમનો વારો આવ્યો. મારા ગળા માં રહેલું સ્ટેથોસ્કોપ જાણે એમના મન માં સંતોષ ના ભાવ જગાવતું હોય એમ...

 It was my first day in pedia NICU in internship posting...and I saw just a 4 days old baby girl in NICU room... She was term baby but  with low weight...I checked her weight... She was recovering very fast and now she didn't need any NICU care... Still she was there.... do you know why!!!?          Jab KMC ke liye sabhi baccho ke parents aane lage like maa, papa ya dadi uska koi nahi tha, a staff sister was giving her KMC...and I literally felt that... We medicos/residents/doctors, apart from being the saviours, have our own personal life where we face a lot. I have lost two relatives of mine in the past 2.5 months to only one thing: MI Death struck suddenly to both of them, who were otherwise asymptomatic, and one of them was completely non-morbid. While India, as a nation is taking leaps in medical advancement, there's another face to this: the lack of knowledge in general population. The data & stats present in the books are never shared to the laymen, and it's the lack of awareness which causes more deaths than anything. MI, Angina, Nitrates, PCI, Angioplasty are one of the most common topics in UG curriculum. I believe that a doctor is a preacher first. And as much we should be proud of what we're doing, our Indian culture has always taught us that the greatest virtue is in spreading knowledge.So i think the next step to a happy and healthy society must be taken by us.
